- Start the recipe by first mixing cornstarch and water in a bowl.
- Next, take another bowl and mix all the other sauce ingredients together.
- Boil the mix for approximately four to five minutes and then lower the heat. Stir the corn starch in the water mixture.
- Allow the mixture to simmer for some more time until it coats then back of the spoon and then set it aside.
- Now, boil four cups of water on high flame in a pot. Stir while you add the ramen noodles and cook them until they are chewy. Once cooked, drain the noodles and pour the spicy sauce over them.
- Mix the noodles and sauce well together and cook them on a low flame until the noodles slightly absorb the sauce.
- Finally, garnish with sesame seeds and chopped scallions. Serve piping hot and enjoy!
